Andi + Virtual Yoga Celebrates Two Years!

It's been two years since we began to share our yoga journey as an online community.
Andi's People added Virtual Yoga in March 2020 in response to Covid-19.
It has become a haven of sharing our yoga practice and inspiration.
I am glad you are here.
As always, I invite you to listen to your body and modify as needed.
Each of my yoga classes is slow-paced and sets up conditions to realign the whole body utilizing key aspects of Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and gentle Vinyasa, including postures and breath work. The goal is to target fascia flexibility through lengthened Yin stretching, and strengthen core and overall body strength while moving through guided Hatha and Vinyasa at a peaceful pace and raise the feeling of personal and communal well-being.
