    Our classes are catered to enabling you to move gracefully and carefully as you transition through life. An inclusive environment, our yoga is open to all but especially invites those looking to train their bodies consciously as they age.

    We are all different so we celebrate opportunities to embrace where we are when we show up to our class. Our practice always offers modifications to find what works best for the individual on their mat.

  • EMPOWERING WITH SIMPLICITY

    All classes have a similar structure with a creative twist. Sometimes, we introduce props for chair yoga or light weights for an invigorating challenge. Otherwise, we keep it simple with just the calming presence of our yoga mat.

  • A SOOTHING SETTING

    While we integrate yoga into the workout you can expect a refreshing take on traditional practices with relaxing melodic music, such as piano and foundational moves we all recognize and find comfort in.

Our yoga classes are offered 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Find comfort in our flexible options of live virtual classes on Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 AM in the privacy of your home and our pre-recorded virtual Monday class — available for you any day, any time..

For students who enjoy a virtual class, links can be watched over and over to deepen your practice.

Every week, schedules are included in Sunday pm email with direct links to your virtual sessions.
